A Hanuman shrine at Salasar near Sujangarh in Churu district and one of the busiest pilgrimage centres of the Shekhawati region. Great fairs are held there in the months of Chaitra and Ashwin.
A farmer at Asota is said to have turned up an image of Hanuman while ploughing and offered it the bajra churma his wife had brought; that night both the local landlord and a devotee named Mohandas dreamt they should enshrine it at Salasar.
