Sholinghur, Tamil Nadu · 13.0885°, 79.4184°
A hilltop Divya Desam where Narasimha sits in yogic repose above Sholinghur, recorded in donations of Kulothunga Chola III among others. Tradition holds that worship lasting a single kadigai - twenty-four minutes - here yields the Lord's grace, giving the shrine its name.
The sage Vishvamitra is said to have won his title of Brahmarishi at this hill.
