One of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams, on the Kollidam at Thiruppanandal, praised by Tirugnanasambandar, Tirunavukkarasar, Nambiyandar Nambi and later Arunagirinathar; the west-facing temple has three prakaras and shrines of Ambika, Durga and Naga Kanni.
