A cluster of small stone shrines at Adibadri in Chamoli district, some 17 km beyond Karnaprayag, counted among the Sapta Badri. Assigned to the late Gupta period, it gave pilgrims a place to worship Vishnu when the high shrine at Badrinath was shut by snow.
