Tulmulla, Ganderbal, Jammu & Kashmir · 34.2208°, 74.7303°
Built over a spring at Tulmulla, this is the most important temple of the Kashmiri Pandit community, who offer kheer to the goddess from which the shrine takes its name. Its Jyeshtha Ashtami mela is among the largest Hindu gatherings in Kashmir after the Amarnath yatra.
The goddess is said to have appeared in a dream to the Srinagar yogi Krishna Pandit Taploo and directed him to the buried holy spring.
